WEIGHT LOSS FROM LIQUID CALORIES – Weight loss from liquid calories is greater than a loss of calorie intake from solid foods. This is because our body often doesn’t register liquid calories in the same way as it does solid food, leading to less satiety and a higher total calorie intake. Beverages like sugary sodas, packaged juices, energy drinks, and even sweetened teas or coffees can add a significant number of hidden calories without making us feel full.
