Diabetics are prone to develop hearing loss, malignant otitis externa, mucormycosis, tinnitus. Harvard’s Medical school’s 4 exercising tips for people with diabetes:

  1. Start with Low-Intensity Exercises: Begin with activities like walking, stretching, or gentle cycling. Gradually increase intensity to avoid putting too much strain on the body, especially if blood sugar levels are not fully controlled.

  2. Monitor Blood Sugar Levels: Keep track of blood sugar levels before, during, and after exercising. Physical activity can lower blood glucose, and it’s essential to know how exercise affects your body to prevent hypoglycemia.

  3. Combine Cardio and Strength Training: A mix of aerobic exercises (such as walking, swimming, or cycling) and strength training (like weightlifting or bodyweight exercises) helps improve insulin sensitivity and maintain overall body health.
