1. Dont hold grudges. Happy people understand that its better to forgive and forget than to let their negative feelings fester inside. Holding onto anger or resentment only weighs you down emotionally and mentally. Letting go of grudges allows you to free up that emotional space for more positive experiences and inner peace. Forgiveness isn’t always easy, but it’s a gift you give yourself. It doesn’t mean what happened was okay — it means you’re choosing not to let it control your happiness anymore.
