Eating aleast two fast foods meals every day and restricting levels of physical activity to no more than 5,000 steps a day can lead to signs of liver damage or weight gain.At the end of the 4 weeks, the fast food diet can result in increased liver enzymes, higher cholesterol levels, and noticeable weight gain. Research suggests that consuming excessive fast food, which is often high in unhealthy fats, sugars, and sodium, can contribute to insulin resistance, fatty liver disease, and an increased risk of metabolic disorders.
